At Jaipur Kurta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ethnic wear doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact for a smooth approval process.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is accepted, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item.
